HOW LONG IS THE BATTERY LIFE ON THE WATCH?
The battery life on your timepiece depends on the movement of the watch. It ranges from 2 – 5 years.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY BATTERY?
You can have your watch battery changed at any watch repair store or jewellery store.
IS MY TIMEPIECE WATERPROOF?
Yes, all timepieces are water resistant 5ATM. This means your timepiece can withstand everyday use like water splashes and showering. However it is not suitable for swimming, water sports, pool-side diving or sea diving.
DOES THE WATCH CONTAIN NICKEL?
No, our timepieces do not contain Nickel at all.
ARE ALL STRAPS INTERCHANGEABLE?
Yes. All straps are quickly and easily interchangeable - it really is easy. We recommend getting 3 watch straps with each watch to ensure you have a style to suit every occasion. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY WATCH?
We take great care in inspecting our products before they are shipped and packaged safely and securely upon dispatch. If you receive your item and you believe it to be faulty, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with details and photographs of the alleged damage.
We will then make a determination as to the fault based on this information, and decide whether an exchange is appropriate. If an exchange is required, you will need to ship your item back to us and we will provide free return shipping on your new item.

- Pull the crown out half way.
- Turn the crown anti-clockwise until you’ve reached the correct time.
- Push the crown back in.
*Do not set the date between 9pm and 1am
