Shipping and Delivery

Simone Michelle Watches provide free shipping within South Africa via Fastway couriers. Delivery is within 1-4 working days from the order date within city centre hubs. Delivery is within 2-7 working days from the order date within outlying areas.

Please be aware that straps which are bought individually (not together with a watch) are charged R100 delivery fee, however, straps to the value of R900 and over will receive free shipping.

Simone Michelle Watches cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays outside of our control. These may be subject to change dependant on location of residence within the country. Upon dispatch from the Simone Michelle warehouse you will automatically receive your Fastway order tracking information via email. 

Where can I find the status of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Fastway order tracking information. The expected delivery time, as mentioned above, is mentioned in 'working days', which means that weekends and national holidays should not be taken into account.

To which countries do you ship?

Simone Michelle offers free worldwide shipment on all orders above the free delivery threshold on all products and to all countries that can be successfully delivered to by the DHL Express network. If you unsure of the DHL Express coverage in your country not specified above, please reach out to us at info@simonemichellewatches.com and we will be happy to confirm before placing your order.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse or at the Simone Michelle offices?

No, that is unfortunately not possible. We do not keep any stock at our offices and the warehouse of our fulfilment partner is not accessible to customers.
