2 YEAR TIMEPIECE WARRANTY

- Your Simone Michelle timepiece is under warranty for 2 Years.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

- 2 Years from the date of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED?

- Warranty is provided only to the original end-use purchaser

- In most cases, manufacturing defects to the movement of the watch, case or glass are covered by the warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

- Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster

- General wear and tear including scratches, chips, changes in the colour of the leather or Metal band or any other ordinary changes incidental to the usual use of the watch

- Failure or damage caused by improper use (such as dropping or scratching) by the purchaser.

- Damages caused by repairs or adjustments carried out by a third party without prior consent from Simone Michelle.

- Replacement of battery, also not if the battery needs replacement during the warranty period. 

HOW CAN I CLAIM USING THE WARRANTY?

- If you believe the damage or defect is covered by warranty, please submit a request by emailing us at: info@simonemichellewatches.com

- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and where possible photos, so that our support team can provide you with a solution as quick as possible!

- If the issue is covered by our warranty, our customer support team will assist you through the process of having your timepiece replaced.

*Note: Warranty decisions are at our sole discretion and we reserve the right to refuse claims under warranty if our conditions and criteria are not met. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective parts or the whole watch within a reasonable period and free of charge.
